The advanced seminar to our popular swimSEMINAR Crawl 1 offers you a technique control, further technical exercises to improve your water situation as well as many helpful tips. In a small group of a maximum of eight participants, we offer you a very individual training with two practical units and a detailed video analysis.

As a prerequisite for the swimSEMINAR Crawl 2, we recommend the previous participation in swimSEMINAR Crawl 1 as well as the ability to crawl about 500 meters at a time.

TIP: In the event that you cannot participate in the seminar due to illness, it is advisable to take out seminar insurance .
